A Bit About Me

I'm a strategic, results-oriented creative and marketing executive who has produced award-winning 360-campaigns for global brands. My background in art direction and design. The passion I have for taking complex and multi-faceted situations and distilling them to simple and impactful storytelling brings results that have directly affected client sales growth, brought billions through the pipeline, as well as increased spend and new business acquisition for the agencies at which I have worked. With multi-channel and international experience, I know how to nuance brand messaging to other verticals, countries and cultures. In addition, my broadcast and branded content video experience is extensive. I have years of experience working in advertising agencies as well as corporate environments and enjoy both. I’ve also managed agency relationships globally. My ultimate goal is to help my team succeed by creating great work that is, most importantly, effective. I have equal experience in the B2B and B2C spaces.

Oversee award-winning Brand, Creative & Digital Solutions cross-fucntional design team - on and offshore (27)  -  producing 6000+ ABL/BTL strategically-based and optimized marketing pieces per year for FAs, clients and prospects – continually measuring and optimizing for ROI. Develop new cross-channel digital and communications strategies for all GWM’s business units including banking, products and solutions, specialized segments, alternative investments, as well as corporate events and communications. Personally execute various ad hoc projects for executive leadership. Member of UBS global design, accessability AI pilot testing groups. Team brought over 1.4B into the sales pipeline this year alone. 

Oversaw global marketing initiatives for one of the largest complex litigation law firms in the U.S. including quality control and brand consistency across all creative, marketing and external communications. Managed marketing budgets to make sure that the greatest possible ROI was achieved. Developed all paid strategies and supervised a team responsible for digital design, social media campaigns, message development and media outreach. Worked with lead attorneys across the firm to provide strategy, messaging, public relations oversight and other support for the launch of new cases and subsequent book building. Hands-on when needed. 

Conceived, created and managed overall production, design, planning and strategic development of digital and traditional marketing campaigns and materials including print, web, OOH, email, social and mobile. Client Roster included agencies and companies such as The Boathouse (agency), Cheri Bustos for Congress, Douglas Elliman Real Estate, End Citizens United, Gumbinner & Davies (agency), Henry Schein, House Majority PAC, lmpromed, PACE (WPP), Scott+Scott Attorneys at Law LLP and the Washington D.C. Public School System.

Oversaw the creative of the #2 US brokerage ($27B). Strategized marketing materials to help increase sales as well as grow the brand experience through­out all channels; rebranded the company with a
360-degree national advertising campaign including, mobile, social, television, print and digital, staffed; and managed a team of
25 nationally - streamlining workflow processes saving the marketing department 2MM..

Led creative initiatives across the enterprise. Managed and installed workflow processes for the creative department. Specializing in high-
end commercial and residential real estate, the client roster included someof NYC’s most prestigious brokers and developers including:
Boston Properties, CBRE, The Durst Corporation, Extell, Glenwood and Silverstein Properties. Highlights included rebranding the agency.

Creative Director

Oversaw creative and brand strategy for the agency's biggest client Alliance Laundry Systems -- the world's largest manufacturer of commercial laundry equipment -- and its entire portfolio of brands. Having a large global presence, I created and managed the nuances of translating all of the platforms to succeed internationally and, in addition, manage partner agencies globally to keep the brand sound and consistent. Pioneered Alliance as an early adopter of content video in the B2B space which directly contributed to double digit sales increase and helped to expand the global footprint of the company. During this time we grew the business 1000%,

I mentored and guided a creative team of 8 art directors, designers, copywriters and developers. I was also a hands-on art director who conceptualized and executed traditional, digital and broadcast work. With extensive top level client contact, I was the point person for all things creative. I consistently increased client billings, generated new business and won the agency numerous awards (local, regional, national and international) doing it. This includes prestigious industry publications such as Communication Arts and Graphis as well as B2B best and BMA (Chicago and Milwaukee).

Associate Creative Director

​Oversaw and executed all creative product for numerous national brands such as ADP, Club Car, Harley Davidson, Kronos, McKesson and Polaris. Mentored junior creatives and helped guide them to do better work. Won numerous local, regional and national awards and recognition for work such as Graphis Advertising Annual, Applied Arts Annual, Creativity International Awards and Communication Arts. My work for Kronos appeared in BtoB Magazine's Best Work of 2007. Won the Milwaukee Business Marketing Association Bell Awards "Best of Show" 3 out of 4 years between 2006- 2009.
